Just a simple 1hr and 1/2 (render time) fractal flame I was messing with.
Apophysis 7x
Really old drawing I did and touched up in photoshop, it was so faded and trashed, it took a good amount of time to restore it back to a decent level.
This is of course, Carnage, from the Spider-Man comics. One of my favourite Marvel characters.
Edit: Slight update, adjusted light/dark shades to make hand stand out better.
The Omnicosmic Place, beyond time and space, beheld our creators face, annhilated - no trace
Yes, same color scheme last Oct... not the greatest, but deal with it.

A flowing and glowing spiral, of debris that's free and pyral.
Forever around, with hardly a sound, except the harmony of revival.

Was too tired at first to describe this, but basically, this "trail" is a close-up of one of those small orange rings you see underneath in the distance.
Haven't used Tierazon for some time, was digging around on my old apps partition and decided to play with it again, this is one of serveral things i came up with.
Reflections on life when faced with The End. The end of love, war, and peace. The end of everything.
Traverse to a 'verse where dimensional warps are plentiful, and the worlds are countless.
4 hours render time, give or take serveral minutes, for the "Warp" in the foreground there. The ground surface was done in Photoshop with a texture, filters, and brushing. Inserting the deep space image was the easy part.
Give your honest thoughts and impressions.
Apophysis / Photoshop
Full-view, please, otherwise you won't see crap.
Thy beheld the turning and the rotting of the leaves
And with this sign reaps the final harvest of Samhain
For the Dark Moon is upon us to bathe the Earth in shadow
The Eve lurks with creatures of darkest night
May the sightless slay and sever the heads of its gravest enemies
May all souls find safe passage through the Portal of the Dead.
Apophysis 2.03a : A variant on a flame I was working with in the Editor.
Full-view for greatest clearity.
This is based off of the Autumn Tempest flame file. Our October bonfires will blaze as brightly as this, if not brighter.
A bevy of exotic materials teetering on the edge of reality. Both existing and not-existing simultaneously on the outer edge of the Universes in the boundless expanse of Hyperspace.
Just something I was messing with in Apophysis 2.02f
Just something I was fooling with in Apophysis. Could have come up with a more creative name, but I got tired of working on it...
Something I wrote to my love, * KutieAngel for Valentines.
Edit: Decided to size down the space image (taken with Hubble) as I realized some time ago it was too big but left it anyway. Much better.
Apophysis .flame I had sitting around for a while. Decided to render it out and see if it was any good.
Well?
Built this fractal with the Editor in Apophysis 2.02, had about 13 transforms I think. Took around 1:30 - 2 hours just sitting there playing with the triangles and variations. It's how I do all my flame work now. I still have fun altering the options then doing random batches to see what I get, but I often take the one that stands out the most for me and then take it to the Editor and pretty much end up transforming it into a whole other symmetry anyhow. Though, if I find something 'unique' that I like in a batch I may make only slight edits.
Let me know what you fellow fractalists or people just passing thru think.
Make sure to Full-View.
Just a radom flame, nothing special.. except that I rendered this with Apophysis on Linux with WINE. - I find that pretty neat within itself.

You are loved just for being who you are, just for existing. You don’t have to do anything to earn it. Your shortcomings, your lack of self-esteem, physical perfection, or social and economic success - none of that matters. No one can take this love away from you, and it will always be here.
